COVID-19 Booking Terms and Conditions
The below policies apply to bookings made directly with our reservations team (by email or telephone) or on our website lintoncollection.com/reservations only.
For reservations booked via online travel agents or any other third-party booking sites, you must contact them directly for modifications or cancellations. We will be adhering to their guidelines based on your arrival date.
- Guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, excluding non-refundable/advanced purchase rates, can continue to modify or cancel their booking at no charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Note: any changes are subject to availability and any rate differences. - Guests with pre-paid bookings up to 4th April 2021 will be offered a full refund in line with Government forced closures regardless of the noted conditions below.
- For guests with pre-paid bookings from 5th April 2021 up to 31st May 2021 wishing to cancel/modify their booking a credit will be issued to be used with 12 months of their original stay dates.
Note: any changes are subject to availability and any rate differences. - All reservations booked before 23rd March 2020 for stay dates after 15th July 2020 will remain on the rate they were originally booked. Reservations will be offered a change of dates or credit applied to their account only but monetary refunds are not permitted unless the booking is affected by a Government enforced closure (point 2.)
- Guests who received credit to their account for a 2020 reservation and have not yet re-booked, the credit has been extended an additional 6 months due to the recent lockdown.
- As of 16th July 2020, any new reservations booked on an advanced purchase rate will not be permitted to a refund or credit due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation unless we are forced to temporarily closed on your stay dates. Please refer to the individual cancellation policy on your chosen rate at the time of booking. Reservations booked on our standard rate can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival, after that date the reservation becomes non-refundable.
- For the avoidance of doubt, we have no affiliation with any festivals/events that were due to be held across the city. At this time, reservations for these dates will remain as booked.
- Please check this page regularly as we may extend the dates / modify these T&C’s based on the most recent Scottish and/or UK Government advice.
- For the avoidance of doubt, if we are to remain open your reservation will remain as booked (5). If you are unable to travel due to Government guidelines/restrictions, please contact us directly.
