COVID-19 Booking Terms and Conditions

The below policies apply to bookings made directly with our reservations team (by email or telephone) or on our website lintoncollection.com/reservations only.

For reservations booked via online travel agents or any other third-party booking sites, you must contact them directly for modifications or cancellations. We will be adhering to their guidelines based on your arrival date.

  1. Guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, excluding non-refundable/advanced purchase rates, can continue to modify or cancel their booking at no charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
    Note: any changes are subject to availability and any rate differences.
  2. Guests with pre-paid bookings up to 14th July 2020 will be offered a full refund under force majeure circumstances.
  3. For guests with pre-paid bookings after 15th July 2020 wishing to cancel/modify their booking a credit will be issued to be used with 12 months of their original stay dates.
    Note: any changes are subject to availability and any rate differences.
  4. As of today, all reservations booked before 23rd March 2020 for stay dates after 15th July 2020 will remain on the rate they were originally booked. Reservations will be offered a change of dates or credit applied to their account only but monetary refunds are not permitted.
  5. As of today, any new reservations booked for a future arrival date on any rate will not be permitted to a refund or credit due to this ongoing COVID-19 situation. Please refer to the individual cancellation policy on your chosen rate at the time of booking.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, we have no affiliation with any festivals/events that were due to be held across the city. At this time, reservations for these dates will remain as booked in point 3.
  7. Please check this page regularly as we may extend the dates / modify these T&C’s based on the most recent UK Government advice.
